Personal Ring Back Tone (PRBT) service enables the person who calls you to listen to popular tunes instead of the regular tones. Your friends, family and colleagues can enjoy the tune of your or their choice till you answer the call. You can choose popular songs from a wide list ranging from evergreen to our latest hits.

If you are new PRBT user – service and tone will be charged and activated

If you are existing PRBT user – tone will be charged and activated

You can subscribe PRBT by following below instructions:

IVR: Dial 17211 and follow the instructions to choose your favorite tone.
SMS: Type PRBT ToneID and send to 17211
USSD: Dial *17211# and follow instructions to choose your favorite tone.
Webportal: Visit PRBT Portal https://prbt.ncell.com.np/ and activate the service.
Ncell App: Visit Ncell App and select PRBT option.

Press * to copy and set your ringtone when you hear a nice ringtone while calling others.

You can delete the tone through below process:

SMS: Send DEL (PRBT ToneID) to 17211
USSD: Dial *17211# and go into profile option and follow the instructions.
IVR: Dial IVR 17211 and go into profile option and follow the instructions.
Web: Login to portal and unsubscribe through Mytones section.

You can delete PRBT service and tone by:


SMS: Type R and send to 17211
IVR: Dial 17211 and go to deactivation option and follow the instructions.
USSD: Dial *17211# go to deactivation option and follow the instructions.

Note:

  1. IVR Call is free upto 10 calls at the start of each Nepali month. IVR. After the 10th call each call to PRBT IVR will be charged Rs. 2.52,incl of taxes per call.
  2. Weekly subscription is a fall back mode where subscribers will be given that option upon not having sufficient balance for a monthly subscription.
